I am fairly new to yoga and I really want to challenge myself to master the moves and push myself, not just go through the motions on my way to savasna.
I came home famished and immediately had one of my favorite breakfast bars, ThinkThin. The bars are so delicious (hello creamy peanut butter covered in chocolate) and are packed with 20g of protein.
Today at work I'm giving a grocery store tour. I love bringing nutrition education out of the office and into the real world.
