Monday: 3 mile run and lift

Tuesday: Insanity Workout DVD

Wednesday: Sunrise Yoga

Thursday: 4 mile run

Friday: Insanity Workout DVD

Saturday: 5 mile run in NYC

It was a great week. I loved doing my long run with friends and different scenery. I am excited to get into some longer runs in the coming week.
