High Protein Chocolate Banana Smoothie

I have a great smoothie recipe for you thats healthy and tastes just like a milkshake! It was the perfect afternoon pick me up.

Ingredients:
1 cup Light Vanilla Soy Milk
1 Scoop Nutritional Frontiers Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 Frozen Banana (cut into slices)**






Directions:
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
Enjoy!


**(To easily freeze bananas, slice and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper; once they freeze individually, you can store in a smaller container so they don't stick together.)


Sometimes I will also add spinach to smoothies for an extra boost of nutrients and there is no affect on the taste. I also like to add a scoop of peanut butter after runs or for breakfast smoothies for more staying power and protein.
