March Challenge

Hello everybody out there!

The month of March is here and it is time for a new challenge!!  Although Easter this year is not in March but in the beginning of April, now´s really the time to start with the Easter projects to be well prepared, right? :).

So, here´s our challenge for you this month:

CREATE SOMETHING TO GIVE AWAY THE EASTER CANDY IN!!

It could be anything- a box, a bag, a basket or anything you can fill with candy. 
The only extra thing you have to do is to USE AT LEAST ONE FEATHER ON YOUR PROJECT!


If you need a reminder about the challenge rules ( they´re not that many :) ), you can find them here.
Deadline for this challenge is midnight March12th, and the winner will be announced March 15th.
And for the lucky winner we have a fabulous prize waiting, sponsored by Papercraft Scandinavia (INKIDO)

Here´s what the team has created for inspiration to get you started:

This time I decorated a coffee bag to put easter candy in. I have used stamps from LOTV and flowers from Wild Orchids Craft. Hope you like the bag.

I have made a box and filled it
with some delicious candy.

I have decorated an eggbox and filled with chocolate-eggs.

I´ve made a tea light card, but instead of lights I filled it with candy:

I made little baskets which I can fill with easter eggs.

I made also a tealight card but without lights:) I filled it with little chocolate easter eggs.

I decorated a brown paper bag...


With a big bow. I took some white seem binding and sprayed it with different kinds of mists. I also addad a little tyll in there witch i dabbed on with some starburst stains/Alpine ice rose.
I also added a little gold cross and tied it on with some bakerys twine.

Vi er komt 20 dager inni det nye året, og vi står klar med en ny utfordring.
Denne gangen vil vi gjerne at dere lager:

Monokromatiske Valentines kort!

Med monokromatisk så mener vi at du bruker bare 1 farge, men gjerne så mange nyanser som du ønsker innenfor samme farge.
Vi tillater at du bruker "hudfarge" i tillegg til hovedfargen, og selvsagt hvitt og sort der det er naturlig. (f.eks kartong til å stemple på og stemple med svart blekk)

Temaet må være Valentine eller kjærlighet, om vi skal godta bidraget.

Fristen for å levere ditt bidrag er 28. januar ~ midnatt StampARTic time!

This time we would like you to make:

Monochromatic Valentines Card !

Monochromatic means you are only allowed to use 1 color for the entire card. You can use as many nuances within the same color, as you please.
We allow "skin colors" and of course black and white where that is natural, in addition to the main color. (black and white: f.ex- white cardstock to stamped images, and stamped images with black ink)

Theme must be Valentine or Love.

Technique/theme challenge # 1, Shakercard

Det är såå skoj att se så många delta i våra tävlingar. Det är också skoj att se alla olika tolkningar av de olika tävlingarna. Tack!
Nu är det dags för årets första teknik/tema tävling. Hoppas att få se många underbara kort.

Sedan vi bara för några dagar sen fick en Shakerkort tutorial av vår teknik expert Miia. Så tänkte vi(Jag=SasSa och Miia) att det vore en toppen grej för vår teknik utmaning. Det är inte ofta man ser ett shakerkort men de är roliga att göra och roliga att ge bort för de är ofta så uppskattade.

Enda kravet för denna tävlingen är alltså att det är ett shakerkort av något slag.

Now it´s time for the first technique/theme challange of the year. Hope to see many lovely cards.

Since we´ve got the lovely shakercard tutorial made by our own technique expert Miia only a couple of days ago. We (Me= SasSa and Miia) thought of making this to our challange for january. It´s not often you see shakercards but they are so fun to make and fun to give away.


So the only requirement for this challange is that it is a shakercard of some sort.
Here you can read the tutorial to make one.

You have until next saturday the 17 of january midnight StampARTic time to make the challange. To participate you write a comment to this text with a link to your card.
How to make a link see in the left sidebar menu. Dont forget to take away all the + signs ;).
To select the winner for this challange we will use Random.org.

2:a tävlingen/ Second challange

Oj, så många som var med på vår första tävling och så många underbara bidrag!!!!
Hoppas denna utmaning också blir omtyckt ;).
Det är Miia och jag(SasSa) som har kommer att ha hand om Teknik/tema utmaningen varje månad.
I denna första teknik/tema tävlingen utmanar vi er att göra ett Julkort utan färdigaköpta mönstrade papper.
Det finns flera olika sätt att göra det på. Som t ex använda stämplar och stämpla sitt egna papper/bakgrund. Att använda distresser, andra färger eller pennor och färga sin egna bakgrund/papper eller göra mönster med dem. Man kan också använda olika enfärgade papper och bygga upp ett kort på dem. Det är bara fantasin som sätter gränser så lycka till!!!

It´s Miia and me(SasSa) that are in charge of the technique/theme challanges every month.

In this first Technique/Theme competition we challange you to make a Christmas cards without bought/factorymade patterned papers.
There are lots of ways to do this. Like for example use stamps and stamp our own patterned paper/background. You could use distress colours, other colours or pencils to colour our paper/background or make just pattern with. It´s only the imagination who deside what you can do, so good luck!!!
