We got mail from the Homeowners Association yesterday - with all the normal annual meeting information, budget, pool rules and a letter specifically telling people to take care of their properties.
I REALLY want to make copies of that letter highlight the pertinent parts and put in in certain mailboxes because I know with all certainty some will read it (others will not) and automatically assume this doesn't apply to them WHEN IT CLEARLY DOES - and I want to make sure that they know it.
